deux portraits de femmes voilées opposées: 1) l'image d'une femme des années 20 au collier noir avec un foulard recouvrant sa tête. une partie de son visage est caché par le visage d'une femme blonde aux yeux entr'ouverts. il s'agit de brigitte helm, actrice du film "metroplis" de fritz lang, qui fustigeait la technique et le monde moderne. 2) plus à droite un portrait légèrement plus grand d'une femme voilée à la bourka. une partie d'une perceuse électrique lie le front noir au reste du vêtement blanc. découpé dans un journal "boyer: mystery cleansing cream" est collé en bas à droite sur ce deuxième portrait. boyer est une marque de cosmétique américaine.
