jeune fille difforme avec manivelle dans le ventre. deux triangles noires sont à la place des yeux. un petit papier indique une raison possible de l' handicap de la jeune fille: "mangel an vitamin ab, cd. infektion. wachstumshemmung" ("manque de vitamine ab, cd. infection. problèmes de croissance") a moitié caché derrière elle se trouve une fille blonde (aryenne) en train de faire une grimace. le fond du collage est la couverture de la 5e édition du magazine de la jeunesse hitlerienne "die kamaradschaft" du 24 mars 1937. on y voit hitler avec le drapeau nazi et des soldats qui marchent à ses pieds. le gros titre de cette édition est à moitié caché sous le collage: "wir vernichten den weltfeind" ("nous exterminerons l'ennemi mondial"). il est intéressant de remarqué que kw n'a pas collé au hasard des noms de vitamines. il a choisi de manière intentionnelle les vitamines responsables de la croissance. cela démontre une fois de plus que tout a du sens chez kw et que les collages ne sont pas juste "esthétiques"; chaque oeuvre est pensée avant sa réalisation et démontre la "vérité" de l'oeuvre. signé au dos.
